Single Sector Chain of Responsibility Plans

These CORMPs are only suitable for suppliers of goods or services to Construction Sites.

The type of good or service that can be covered by this type of CORMP include:

  • Delivery to site of prefabricated items such as pre-cast concrete, timber framing, cladding, steel products

  • Delivery to site of consumables such as fuel, oil, water

  • Delivery to site of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, concrete, fill

  • Removal from site of bulk materials such as sand, gravel, spoil, waste, demolition materials

  • Delivery to and removal from site of plant, equipment, fencing, scaffold, cranes

If you are ready to proceed please ensure that you have access to all Risk, Safety and Chain of Responsibility information for your business.  You may need to refer to documents required by or submitted to past projects.

Once you are ready to proceed, you will be requested to answer a number of questions and provide a number of documents.  If you cannot answer a question just tick “none”.  If you do not have a document, then skip the upload request.

Once you have answered the questions and uploaded the documents, you will be requested to make payment.  If payment is not made, then we will not proceed with processing your application for a CORMP.
